The Czech Beer Festival is Prague’s answer to Oktoberfest.

IndyCar: Beatriz, Wilson leave St. Petersburg with wrist fractures…..
Well, they aren’t the only folks suffering from wrist fractures. Several Beer Breakfast
attendees told me they, too, are suffering wrist and elbow maladies due to so many “pancake shots” and pints thrown back at what has become the greatest breakfast event of the year….. Beer Breakfast!!

FAQ: Free to Enter – Open Door Policy – When? – Where? – Why?
A quick FAQ for this years Beer Beakfast:
Q: This sounds like way too much fun… there has to be a cover charge, right?
A: No cover charge this year. We will be having a silent auction, 50/50 raffle & selling wicked cool t-shirts to raise money for our chosen charity.
Q: Is this a private party?
A: If you somehow found your way to this site through reading a press release, newspaper article, email invite, social media invite… we want you to come to Beer Breakfast. We have an open door policy with a slight catch. Invite anyone you want, but only invite someone that you are willing to post their bail money.
Q: When is it?
A: Party starts at 9am
Q: Where is it?
A: The Mandarin Hide – learn more
Q: Why are you doing this?
A: Read the full story here or the summary: it started as a lark, grew larger & decided to make it a party with a purpose by raising money for a local charity.
Our Pal and Fellow St. Pete Resident, Dan Wheldon, Still Looking for a Ride…..
First and foremost, congrats to the Wheldon Family on their latest bundle of joy! Me and
Danny Boy (yeah, I can call him that!!) go way back…. I ran into him and his lovely family right before Halloween 2010 and invited them to our annual Spooktacular at Greystoke. Sadly, they were unable to make it….. I wonder if he’ll be able to make Beer Breakfast since he won’t be competing in this years St. Pete Grand Prix? I got a good feeling about this one!! Hope to see you there Ole Danny Boy!!
My Hot Lap on the St. Pete Grand Prix Circuit…. hold on tight!!
Ahhh…. the perks of being one of the founding fathers of Beer Breakfast. Check out my
ride on our incredible downtown circuit from last Friday. See y’all Saturday morning for THE breakfast event of the year…. Beer Breakfast!!
What can I do to help Beer Breakfast?
This year the charity that we’ve chosen to support is Sun Coast Law Enforcement Charities. This is especially poignant considering the tragic loss of three St. Petersburg police officers after nearly thirty years without an incident in our wonderful city.
In the spirit of an “old fashioned Irish wake” we will be showing our support to fallen officer’s families both spiritually and economically. With the officers in our hearts and prayers we feel it our duty to lend our support by donating this years’ Beer Breakfast proceeds to their families.
If you would like to help please share info on our event with your Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. network. You can also write a check directly to the charity, buy one of our commemorative / collectible t-shirts, donate / buy silent auction items or just come and enjoy the festivities as a portion of all bar sales will be donated to Sun Coast Law Enforcement Charities.
We salute our first responders.
